Command-line inspector and procedure simulator

Device inspection is read-only. Procedure replay is simulation only; current recipes cannot write, unlock, erase, or flash a headset.

The first command prints help and does not connect to a device. Inspection requires the standard ADB or fastboot host tool, depending on the selected transport.
